This position is responsible for a variety of operational functions with an emphasis on digital
document preservation. This position is also responsible for the maintenance of the imaging
room and equipment, which includes maintaining accurate work records, maintaining work
schedule, communicating to leadership and employees, work schedules, and troubleshooting.
Attain established production, quality, safety and housekeeping goals.
Essential Job Requirements
Log and document incoming work
Sort, file and distribute work, including electronic files, if applicable
Review incoming documentation/work files
When required digitize documents
Upload/download information to/from various systems
Operate and troubleshoot equipment
Conduct non-routine research
Consolidate electronic files for output to clients, as applicable
Set up and run software to process digital files
Balance/reconcile electronic files based on count and value, as applicable
Transmit electronic files to output destinations, as applicable
Regular and timely attendance.
Other duties as assigned.
Capable and desires to travel to customer locations for extend periods of time
Ability to work in a team environment.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Interview employees, manage and assign work to employees,
preform employee performance reviews. Ensure image capture quality and file naming
accuracy. Manage to achieve established Quality, Production, Safety, and Housekeeping

High school degree with experience or a 2-year technical or associate degree.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Familiar with Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Access
Basic ability to troubleshoot computers
Ability to use hand tools for assembling and troubleshooting
Knowledge of programming languages syntax and logic is a plus
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk in an
office setting; operate computers, keyboards and other peripheral equipment and lift up to 50 lbs.
