AIS Watercraft Inspectors

Other Jobs

Job description

LAMB Labor Services, Inc. has partnered with area lake associations and the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) to provide watercraft inspections at numerous boat landings throughout Stearns County. The work performed includes inspecting incoming and outgoing watercraft (boats, pontoons, jet skis, etc) ensuring that they are free of aquatic invasive species, as well as educating the general boating public about the harmful spread of AIS. As an Aquatic Invasive Species Inspector you would enjoy highly-flexible hours with the ability to work up to 32 hours / week. AIS Inspectors are needed April/May through October, receive in-field paid training, and earn $10 / hour. It is the perfect second job — becoming an inspector allows you to get outside, play a vital role in protecting Minnesota's waterways, and earn some extra cash at the same time. LAMB Labor Services is an EOE.
