Duties & Responsibilities:

• Material Handling: Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts and pallet jacks; ensure accurate delivery.
• CDL and Transportation: Operate company trucks for transporting materials, adhering to safety regulations.
• Warehouse Operations: Organize and maintain inventory, conduct regular checks, and report discrepancies.
• Maintenance: Perform general maintenance on trucks and trailers; coordinate repairs and inspections.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with material handling and transportation regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate with team members, assist in training new employees, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of semi-tractor/trailer experience
• Preferred forklift driving experience
• Proven material handling and warehouse operations experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to perform general maintenance on trucks and trailers
• Self-motivated, independent worker with excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
• Good problem-solving skills and physical ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
