Job Summary: As a CNC Mill Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating Omag Mills. The position requires forklift certification, with training provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain Omag Mills.
• Load/unload work using cranes.
• Load programs from the network and prepare the mill bed.
• Align and level stone on the mill bed, verify the correct tools and stone are loaded.
• Assemble/disassemble mill tools as needed.
• Monitor machine operations and ensure work quality.
• Assist crane operators and perform regular maintenance tasks.
• Work as a team and cross-train as needed.

Skills & Knowledge Required:

• Ability to handle various tasks independently.
• Problem-solving, mechanical aptitude, and general math skills.
• Ability to read work orders, production tickets, and measure accurately.
• Must adhere to safety protocols and cross-train when required.

Work Hours: Monday-Wednesday: 3:15 PM – 2:45 AM; Thursday: 3:15 PM – 11:15 PM, with overtime as needed.
