Job Title: CNC Operator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a fun attitude, great attendance, creative problem solver and will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality wood parts. The CNC Operator will work with precision measuring instruments, hand tools, and materials handling equipment to ensure the accuracy of the final products.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines such as milling machines, such as Lathes and CNC Routers.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines in the workshop environment
- Assist in warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- Proficiency in programming CNC machines
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments for quality control
- Knowledge of materials handling techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to use hand tools effectively
